By reserving through us, you agree to take up any issue with the hotel with with hotel management - NOT with the organizers of We're Loud Fest.

Cancellations: the festival has the entire hotel reserved with a special price, so we have to pay for all the rooms. If after confirming, you want to cancel, we can only refund you if we manage to rent your room to someone else.
